OCTET ALUMNI REUNION WEEKEND NOVEMBER 13-15, 2009
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE
FRIDAY
2p - 6p MANDATORY REHEARSAL. Brooks Rogers (2-5pm) and Presser Choral Room (5-6pm).
(This is the big one. We'll try to cover everything so that Saturday morning is just a review. We urge everyone to start thinking about getting that day off and coming to W'town in the morning. The more you can work on the songs ahead of time, the better shape we'll be in.)
7p DINNER AT THE FACULTY CLUB/ALUMNI CENTER
(all singers are comped, guests are $25/pp)
SATURDAY
9:00a - 11:30p MORNING REHEARSAL. Chapin stage.
(The is our final chance to pull it all together. Please be on time so we can all get good, and then get to the game.)
NOON -- TAILGATE AT THE GAME
(The Undergrads are throwing their now annual tailgate with burgers and dogs, chips and soda. All are welcome. Spontaneous singing of Yard by Yard may break out at halftime.)
AFTERNOON -- small group rehearsals (as needed), and a visit to Warren (to be discussed).
6p COCKTAILS & DINNER AT THE WILLIAMS INN WITH UNDERGRADUATE OCTET AS OUR GUESTS

8:30pm THE CONCERT. Chapin Stage
